The Buick GMC Global Business Conference is the brand's capstone event held every other year. The two brands showcase new vehicles, provide brand updates, highlight partnerships, and educate dealers on the current state of the business. A unified brand and visual identity were created for the 2-day global event and implemented throughout all design deliverables. 

Opening Video

An introduction video was requested for the opening session on the first day of the conference. The client's challenged us to create a show stopping moment using the five digital screens housed at the Resorts World Las Vegas Theatre. Storyboards were created for the introduction and all 7 vehicle reveals.

The introduction video came to life in the theatre that housed 5,000 attendees and kicked off the conference with a charge of energy!

Brand Experience Centers 

Buick and GMC had separate break out sessions for respective audiences to attend. A custom space was built for each brand inside of the Rose Ballroom at Resorts World Las Vegas. Each space had to be uniquely Buick or GMC and provide an engaging and intimate speaking and learning environment. The floor to ceiling graphics complemented the stage set with vehicles, but also lived in the same environment as a floor to ceiling LED screen for presentations.

Partner Expo

The Partner Expo housed 30 vendors in a booth exhibit setup for the attendees to educate themselves on accessories, new technology, and various other partner technologies. Each partner received a template kit of three signage components that were used to display their information. This was all designed use the visual identity developed for the conference. The Expo also had tunnel entrance graphics that delineated the space from other areas of the resort.
